BODY BLAST

Body Blast is fun, energetic and great for all round aerobic fitness. This class is a combination of aerobics and toning to give you a really good variety of content, includes specific targeted toning and cardiovascular elements. A great class to catchy music, great to get you motivated and help you to enjoy exercising. May also include use of hand weights.

Please note that Level 2 and 3 customers have a £1.15 surcharge added after 5pm Mondays to Fridays for fitness classes, fitness studios and racket sports.
