Circuit training is a fantastic way to get fit or maintain fitness. Everyone works at their own level, at exercise "stations" around the hall for a specific timed period, before the instructor moves everyone on to the next station. Work at whatever level you choose. Each station will have different adaptations to suit all levels, and the amount of effort you put in is up to you. Includes plenty of cardio, strength and toning using a variety of equipment.

With stations designed to target all the areas of the body and all elements of fitness, you are guaranteed the best workout experience. With the motivation of the instructors and the other people in the class you are sure to have fun too.

Level = General ~ suitable for all

Please note that Level 2 and 3 customers have a £1.25 surcharge added after 5pm Mondays to Fridays for fitness classes, fitness studios and racquet sports.
