ZUMBA

Zumba is the new way to dance yourself fit in a latin style. The moves will get you dancing, moving your hips (as well as everything else) and lift your spirits. Our newly qualified instructor is developing her routines as the weeks pass, so there is no need to worry if you haven't done Zumba before, or if you think you have two left feet. The feedback so far has been very positive and customers have emphasised how much fun they have had. So, come along and see for yourself.

Please note that Level 2 and 3 customers have a £1.15 surcharge added after 5pm Mondays to Fridays for fitness classes, fitness studios and racquet sports.
