Pilates is a unique form of exercise concentrating on core strength and stability. As a non impact activity this class targets specific muscles that work together to create and maintain good posture through strong stomach and back muscles providing support for the spine.

Pilates involves holding specific positions and some small movements making your muscles work together to keep your posture stable. It teaches awareness of breath and spine alignment and aims to develop the deep muscles of the torso.

Fitness Pilates incorporates the use of fitness equipment such as bands and woggles.

A calm, yet sociable class.

Level = Intermediate ~ suitable for all who have done Pilates before.
