Personal Training
If you need a little extra motivation or have aparticular goal in mind then personal training could be for you. Personal training is available at Exe Valley Leisure Centre and Culm Valley Sports Centre, offered by some of the qualified Fitness Instructors, male and female. Sessions are available subject to the individual instructor's free time and are organised directly with them.
Personal training includes personal fitness assessments and personalised programmes along with the incentive of having an instructor to yourself when you come in to workout. Personal training is great for working on specific goals, for example losing weight, toning up, getting fitter for a particular sport, and for preparing for special events such as weddings, holidays or honeymoons!
Your personal instructor will provide you with a programme that is interesting and varied, and may include classes and studio workouts, and also nutritional advice to help you to reach your goals. As your goals change, so will your exercise programme.
