Annual Membership
Annual Zest Membership represents incredible value for money.
By paying up front for a whole year's membership you will benefit from:

Annual memberships are a commitment for twelve months and cannot be refunded if you change your mind. As these memberships are such great value for money, they can also not be frozen. Hoever, should you wish to upgrade your membership to one of the Ultra options after having taken out a Gym or Aqua option, this can be arranged.
The "Yearly Fitness Plan"
Available only to Annual Ultra Zest and Gym Zest Members.
The yearly fitness plan for annual Ultra Zest and Gym Zest members provides one to one support for a whole year! You will receive free fitness assessments, programmes and reassessments throughout the 12 months of your membership with an instructor of your choice. You are given your own "Yearly Fitness Plan" booklet to keep with you, in which your measurements, goals, and exercise programmes are recorded along with sections for your own fitness diary and thoughts. This is an excellent means of tracking your progress, planning your activities, goals and appointments and staying motivated.
