Booking Conditions
Zest Members ~ there are a few points to remember as a Zest Member
- Your membership card is not transferrable, it is valid only for yourself.
- Your unique membership number can be used to make bookings for activities, even those not covered by your membership type.
- You must report to reception on arrival for a booked activity or it may be assumed that you failed to attend your booking and the cancellation policy below will be applied, in that no cancellation was made.
- You must present your membership card for swiping when checking in for an activity.
- If you forget your card and cannot prove your identity you may be charged the full non member fee for the booked activity.
- Please leave adequet time to check in at reception before your activity, especially at peak times.
Non Members
- If you have booked an activity on the day, you will be required to pay on arrival for the booking.
- If you have already paid for the booking, please bring the receipt with you, if you can, when checking in at reception for your activity.
Cancellation Policy
Class Bookings
- Class bookings may be cancelled without charge if they are cancelled with more than 24 hours notice
- If cancelled with less than 24 hours notice no charge will be made if the place is re-let. However if your cancellation causes the class to be cancelled due to insufficient numbers, you will be charged.
- If cancelled with less than 24 hours notice and your place is not re-let you will be charged either the full class price, or concessionary price if you hold an appropriate concessionary membership type.
Courts and Other Activity Bookings
- Bookings for courts and some other activities may be cancelled without charge if more than 24 hours notice had been given.
- Any other bookings such as hire of pitches, block bookings, halls (e.g. five-a-side football) require 48 hours notice in writing to be given.
- If cancelled with less than 24 hours notice no charge will be made if the court or activity booking can be re-let.
- If not re-let the charge will be the full price of the court or other activity if no one attends.
- Block booking customers should check their booking agreement for any other Booking Conditions imposed.
PLEASE NOTE
- This policy applies to all Zest card holders and casual users (non members)
- Casual and Zest Members not on concessionary options will be expected to pay teh full cost of a class, however concessionary members will pay the appropriate rate.
- It may not be possible to book further activities until the cancellation charge has been paid.
- Non members who have paid for bookings will not be able to transfer any payments to other bookings if they have not given 24 hours notice of cancellation.
- Refunds for cancellations must be collected in person. We are unable to retain refunded cash in the tills.
- Where cancellation through sickness, giving less than 24 hours notice happens three or more times in a period of 8 weeks a cancellation charge will be made.
- A booking cancellation number should be retained in the event of a query.
