Pay & Play Discounts
If you wish to use the facilities on a pay and play basis without joining, you and your family members may be eligible for discounted prices.
Level 2 - EASY Zest
If you have children they fall into this category. Junior swimming and specific junior activities can be accessed without a Zest card, but if your children book courts they will need to have an EASY Zest card to benefit from lower prices. Each child will need their own, and the card is free of charge.
Once they reach 16 years they become an adult in terms of pricing unless they continue in full time education. Their EASY Zest card will then need validating each September 1st with proof that they are still in further education and at age 16 there will be a small annual fee of £5.70 for their card.
Other people eligible for the level 2 pricing include those attending an E2E Scheme, registered disabled and their carers. Proof of status and identity is required as shown on the application form, along with continuing revalidation details. The EASY Zest is £5.70 per person at each validation. Dependents of the adult Level 2 Easy Zest card holder can also apply on the same application form for their level 2 card for £1.15.
Level 2 Jobseekers Zest cards require re-validation, when proof of continuing eligibility is required, every 6 months.
For carers and registered disabled customers cards are revalidated every 2 years.
Please note that after 5pm Monday to Friday a £1.15 surcharge is added to the level 2 prices for racquet sports, fitness studio, Vibrogym and fitness classes. (Specific Junior priced sessions after 5pm are not affected.).
Level 3 - ACCESS Zest
If you are in receipt of mean tested benefits you and your dependents fall into this discount l5vel. Each person will need their own ACCESS Zest card and proof of identity and status as detailed on the application form. Each card costs £5.70 and there are no further validation charges providing that proof of continuing eligibility is provided for each person before expiry, so for a £5.70 fee you can get the level 3 discounts until your circumstances change.
Level 3 re-validation is required for the under 60's every 6 months and the over 60's every 2 years, when proof of continuing eligibility is required.
