TRX Coming to Exe Valley Leisure Centre
Wednesday, 5 September 2012
TRX training will soon be available at Exe Valley, with small group training classes starting from mid September. Power, strength, core stability, endurance and flexibility are all areas that you can develop from this simple yet incredibly effective workout.
TRX Suspension Training involves using adjustable nylon loops that when suspended from the wall enable the users body weight to be used to perform a large number of different exercises. A simple but highly effective method which also allows for the exercises to be scaled to the user’s ability and fitness levels. People who have already participated in TRX classes have found that results are highly achievable due to the efficient nature of the exercises. Results can be achieved by all, whether young or old, fit or unfit, recovering from injury or trained athlete.
First introduced by the Navy SEALS, classes are soon to be available at the Exe Valley Leisure Centre. These sessions will be run in small groups with no more than 5 participants so ensuring high quality personal instruction with attention paid to specific goals.
Look out for more information coming soon or contact Exe Valley Leisure Centre on 01884 234900.
