Government Cuts and Free 60+ Swimming
Monday, 21 June 2010 The government spending cuts have resulted in the withdrawal of funding for the free 60+ swimming scheme put in place by Labour. For more information click here. Wednesday, 9 June 2010 New deals and new prices have now launched in all three Mid Devon Leisure Centres. Staff have been busy encouraging customers to take advantage of the new membership deals, family discounts and new pay per person pricing, all based upon ability to pay. This means that for those on means tested benefits there is a whole new pricing level to encourage access and participation for all.
