Awards
Each swimming course will include badge week. This is when the children bring home their awards. There are many awards available to instructors that the children can be awarded, dependant upon the skills they have achieved. There are also Swim Like A Fish Awards that are personalised to reflect the individual achievements of students who may not have passed all the elements for one of the awards listed below. Some awards come with badges, some do not. but all awards given out are done so in recognition of the hard work the students put in, in achieving given skills to recognised standards. Awards are included in the course fee, although there may be additional Award sessions advertised separately to the swimming lessons that will charge a fee to cover the cost of the award and instructor time.
