Zumba® returns to Lords Meadow Leisure Centre
This popular class returns to Lords Meadow Leisure Centre on Saturday 21st January at 10.15am. Danielle, our instructor is looking forward to reviving the classes that proved to be very popular last year. Zumba® is a latin based exercise class that can be enjoyed by everyone, regardless of their shape, size, level of fitness or knowledge of latin dancing!!! The music is energetic, the atmosphere is relaxed and the moves easy to do. Have fun, be active and get fit while toning the body at the same time. Free to Lifestyle Plus Zest Members, this class will be popular so booking is advised. Bring along your friends, even those who haven't exercised before. It's a great way to get moving.

Mid Devon Leisure will soon be starting to send information/promotions/news by email to anyone who submits a few details including their email address and interests through the online sign up process here on the website. This will be a new way of keeping you informed about what is happening at Mid Devon Leisure. Be the first to know all about what's around the corner. We won't bombard you with things that don't interest you, but only information, offers and promotions that could be interesting, useful or money saving. Terms and Conditions of the Membership Prize Draw
(1) There will be one yearly prize draw held annually on 1st December, to win a year’s free Zest Membership.
(2) There will be one prize of one Annual Zest Lifestyle Plus Membership, valid for 12 months.
(3) There are no alternative prizes and no cash alternative.
(4) All customers on the email marketing database on 1st December will be eligible for the draw.
Even if we already have your email address on your Zest application form, you must also complete the signing up process for email marketing in order to be eligible for the draw and to receive the e-marketing emails.
(5) An email will be sent to the winner during December detailing how they can claim their prize.

Happy Hours Continue
The Fitness Studio Happy Hours will continue to offer very cheap fitness studio use at weekends for all authorised users. Between 2pm and 5pm at weekends so come along at these quieter times and enjoy cheaper fees too!
